All sales are final, with the exception of physical defects in print quality, material, or damages by shipper. All questions regarding quality issues should be accompanied by photographs of damaged or defected areas. Print quality issues due to low resolution images provided, or inaccurately sized or proportionate photos are assumed by the customer providing the images. It is recommended uploaded files should be at least 150dpi. Folded edge options require 1.5-1.75" extra space around the focused area of the canvas print to provide enough material to wrap around the edge of the frame. 

Customers must upload high resolution images clicking the 'Upload Files Here' button at the top of the page. Please leave a valid email address and reference any special instructions you may have. Any photo re-touching requests or major sizing changes may result in additional design charges before the prints are put into final production.
